“Journey to the Meaning” is an artistic book about a person’s inner journey in search of the meaning of life. It is a process full of ups and downs, spiritual experiences, doubts and self-discovery, until finally they discover what gives meaning to life.

The book is divided into three main stages of the journey.

The first stage. A person feels empty, insignificant and lost, does not know himself and constantly asks what the meaning of life is, but cannot find clear answers.

The second stage. Asking questions and searching for answers begins. This process can be long and complicated, accompanied by various physical and emotional experiences – mood swings, fear, self-doubt, lack of motivation, desire to give up, stress and depressive states.

The third stage. A person looks for different ways to face personal difficulties, overcome them and discover what gives meaning to his life.

The project was inspired by the Japanese philosophy “Ikigai”, according to which a meaningful and happy life lies in the ability to find joy and satisfaction even in the smallest everyday things.

This journey has no clear end. Even after discovering the meaning of life, it is important to continue to grow, learn and cherish what has been discovered. The meaning of life can be discovered anew, only in different forms. It is an ongoing process in which the person himself is an integral part of it.

The result: a feeling of fullness, love, light, warmth and hope, meaningful relationships, their creation and self-realization.

The book and packaging structure were prepared and assembled by hand. Precise paper cuts, hole punching, gluing of individual elements, and cutting and folding of the box were performed.
